Dowsing Tester
The photo here shows Captain Dick Stevenson wielding copper dowsing rods in a search for gold on Bonanza Creek, Yukon Territory. I gave him and three other claimants a controlled test of their alleged dowsing abilities—which each failed. I reported this in my role of Newspaper Stringer as "Not Recommended for Serious Mineral Exploration," Yukon News, September 1, 1976.
