Historical Interpreter

When I was an apprentice Tinsmith at Genesee County Village (Mumford, NY), I was also an historical interpreter, wearing an authentic costume and interacting with visitors to help bring an historical period alive and to demonstrate a craft in that context. The role is distinguished from Docent.
